1. Processing Time

Please note that "Shipping Time" is different from "Processing Time."

  • All orders are processed within [1-2] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

4. Remote Areas

While we ship across India, delivery to remote areas or difficult-to-access locations may take longer than the standard 6-7 days. In rare cases where our courier partners do not serve a specific pin code, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or process a refund.

5. Damages & Issues

Razed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are happy.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We may require a photo or unboxing video of the damaged product to process a replacement or refund.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-shipping fee.1
